NotJustKnives is a SaveSomeBucks Company.

Please Note:

• We can not modify or examine products prior to shipping. Our warehouse personel are not qualified to do this. All products are in new condition as received from the manufacturer.

Shipping

• Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, some orders could take 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your order.
• When your order is shipped, we will send you an email update with tracking information for your order.
• The delivery time begins on the day your order leaves our warehouse, not the day you place your order.
• Most orders are shipped from our North Carolina warehouse.
• FedEx orders can take up to 5 days for delivery depending on where in the country you live.
• USPS Priority Mail usual arrives within 4 days.
• Occasionally our warehouse will substitute your requested delivery carrier for another.
• Orders over $200 will always be shipped by FedEx ground, insured, signature required.
• We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.
• We pass along any special instructions to our shippers, but we cannot guarantee they will be followed.

Shipping Costs
It is easy to determine what your shipping cost will be.

• Add the item or items you are interested in to your shopping cart.
• At the top of the page to the right of the search box, click on "Calculate Shipping".
• Fill out the form, then click the update button.
• This will show you the cost to ship the item(s) in your cart.

Shipping (International)

We are sorry we can not estimate shipping times for international orders. Your order will be processed (usually less than 3 business days) and shipped from one of our warehouses, usually our North Carolina warehouse. All International orders are shipped Federal Express. We can not ship international orders via United States Postal Service.

Upon completion of an International purchase you are agreeing to not hold SaveSomeBucks/NotJustKnives responsible or liable in the event that packages are lost, stolen, or damaged while in possession of the selected delivery carrier, customs or after the package has been delivered. We have no control over your item(s) once your package leaves our warehouse. We will supply a tracking number for your purchase.
Should a package arrive with visible damage, please file a claim with the delivery service.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any problem with your order we will make every reasonable effort to make it right!

• Inspect your package before opening it.
  If your package appears damaged beyond ordinary handling or tampered with in any substantial way you should refuse delivery (if possible) or let us know immediately. We will re-pack and ship your order, or refund your purchase at your discretion.
   
• Open your package immediately when you receive it.
  All items are inspected before they are carefully packaged and sealed tightly. However, if you receive any items that are not what you ordered, missing, defective, damaged, etc. please let us know immediately so we can make arrangements for a refund or exchange. It is impossible for us to distinguish shipping damage from after-shipping damage if you don't report it to us right away.
   
• We guarantee your purchases for 15 days from the time you receive it.
  If any item breaks or stops working through normal use within 15 days of receiving it we will exchange or refund the item at your discretion. You must return items to us in their original packing so please keep the original packaging for at least 15 days.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange items due to wrong size, wrong color, wrong item ordered or you changed your mind.
  Please choose your items carefully before you order. We are happy to answer any questions you have before you make your purchase.
   
• All return/exchange shipping costs are your responsibility, unless it is a result of our mistake.
   
• A return authorization is required for every refund or exchange.

Chargebacks

Do Not Charge Back Legitimate Transactions. Please help us keep our product cost low, by allowing us the opportunity to investigate before you do a chargeback. We will fight each chargeback for legitimate transactions made with SaveSomeBucks. Chargebacks that are reversed by your bank will incur an additional $25 charge to your credit card. Chargebacks cost our company money and we expect to recoup our loses for chargebacks made for legitimate transactions. Think of this as equivalent to a returned checked fee. To help us avoid chargeback problems, please call us (800) 778-0246. We will always investigate your credit card concerns and let you know what you purchased from us! If there is a problem with a charge on your credit card we will fix it for you.
